Skinning Tool
The idea here is to reduce the weight painting time in Maya. I prefer interactive method of skinning and I lock all the joints except the joints where I am weight painting. Since, this process is very long considering the weight painting at each vertices, there are places where I have to click a few times if I want to change my method.
If I automate this or at least provide a tool for this, I will be saving around 5% of my skinning time.
